Please take notice of the following:

1. Please check your time from the attachment

2. If you require any changes in time please contact us

3. Please eat food prior to blood donation i.e. don't come with an empty stomach

4. Please see the given form in the attachment because you will have to fill up the same form on the camp entrance 

   (If you wish you can fill it out at home and bring the form on the camp and submit it)

5. After donating blood avoid any tiresome physical activities for 7 hours example playing sports like soccer or basket ball

6. Traveling by plane is prohibited on the same day only.
7. When donating blood if you feel any kind of inconvenience please inform the nurse or doctor. Don'thesitate.

8. After donating blood drinks and light snacks will be served. So please help yourself

Even those who are not donating blood are welcomed

1) THE PERSON WHO SO EVER WANT TO DONATE THE BLOOD MUST NOT BE SUFFERING  FROM ANY DISEASE LIKE DIABETES, VERY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE  ETC.            

2) THE PERSONS WHO WANT TO DONATE THE BLOOD FROM OUT SIDE OF TOKYO SUCH AS KOFU OR OTHER PLACE THAN THERE MUST BE AT-LEAST 40 PEOPLE TO DONATE THE BLOOD, AS IT IS REQUIRED CONDITION OF THE RED-CROSS JAPAN. IF WE RECEIVE THE ENTRIES OF ABOVE FORTY PEOPLE THAN WE CAN REQUEST TO THE RED-CROSS TO COME TO THE PLACE WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE RESIDING. LADIES OF COURSE  CAN DONATE BLOOD.

TO DONATE THE BLOOD THE CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILL ARE AS MENTIONED BELOW:

 

A)  THE WEIGHT OF THE BODY

                   FOR MEN 45KG AND ABOVE

                   FOR WOMEN 40KG AND ABOVE

[i.e. THE PERSON WHO`S BODY WEIGHT IS LESS THAN THE LIMITS AS MENTIONED ABOVE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DONATE THE BLOOD.]

 

B)  PERSON MUST BE RESIDENT OF JAPAN FOR MORE THAN THREE YEARS.(i.e. HE OR SHE MUST BE LIVING IN JAPAN SINCE 30TH NOV 2009.)

 

C) THE PERSON WHO IS RESIDENT OF JAPAN SINCE THREE YEARS OR MORE MUST BE IN JAPAN FOR AT LEAST THREE WEEKS IN CONTINUITY. (i.e PERSON MUST NOT VISIT ABROAD AFTER 10TH NOV 2012. OR MUST NOT GO OUT OF JAPAN AFTER 10TH NOV 2012.)

 

D) MINIMUM 40 (FORTY) ENTRIES ARE REQUIRED TO ORGANIZE THE CAMP.

 

FURTHER WE HAVE TO INFORM TO RED-CROSS OF JAPAN ON 30TH OCT 2012 ABOUT THE DETAILS OF THE PERSONS WHO ARE WILLING TO DONATE THE BLOOD.

 

WE FURTHER REQUEST YOU TO TAKE PART AND MAKE IT SUCCESS. THE PERSONS WHO ARE INTERESTED PLEASE INFORM US BY E-MAIL OR YOU CAN ALSO INFORM BY SMS TO THE PERSON-IN-CHARGE AS MENTION BELOW. SO EVERYBODY IT IS TIME TO SHOW OUR UNITY AND STRENGTH.
